The Services allow the playback of multimedia content from external sources defined by the User or by third parties. Inka Media does not collect, does not store, does not view, and does not analyze the multimedia content played through the Services. The legality, licensing, and use of the content is the sole responsibility of the User or the corresponding external provider.

On websites associated with Inka Media, cookies or similar technologies may be used for: traffic analysis, basic functionalities, user experience improvement. The User can manage or disable cookies from their browser. Some features may be limited.

Inka Media's servers may automatically generate log data related to technical events from Service usage. This data: is not used to personally identify the User, is used for operational, security, and diagnostic purposes, may be anonymized or periodically deleted.
