The Privacy Policy describes how and when Inka Media collects, processes, uses, and shares your information when you use Inka Video Player, including our mobile applications and websites (the `Services`). Inka Media receives your information through our mobile applications, websites, email notifications, and other interactions with our Services. By accessing and/or using the Services, you consent and authorize us to collect, transfer, process, store, disclose, and otherwise use your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any or all of the following terms of the Privacy Policy, do not use and/or access the Services.

Using Personal Information to facilitate and improve our Services and communicate with you in accordance with existing regulations, while ensuring the integrity, accuracy, relevance, and legally justified processing of data. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make, including your privacy settings, and the products and features listed below (together, `Personal Information` or `Personal Data`):

The general data we collect may include SDK/API/JS code version, browser, ISP, IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, independent device identifier, Android ad master identifier, network card (MAC) address and international mobile device identification code (IMEI), equipment model, terminal manufacturer, terminal device operating system version, session start/end time, language location, time zone, and network status (WiFi and soon).

Services include various features to help you connect with accounts of people you already know. For example, you can upload information from your address book or connect your Inka Video Player account to your account on another service like Twitter. Inka Video Player will link the information you provide with the contact information of other Inka Video Player users to provide and enhance the Services, for example, by making recommendations and routing messages from Inka Video Player. You can delete address book data from Inka Video Player at any time through your Inka Video Player app settings. When you connect your Inka Video Player account to other services, you may also post your content on those services. You can disconnect your Inka Video Player account from your account on other services at any time.

Player is an Over the Top (OTT) digital on-demand service that offers a wide range of entertainment content, including, without limitation, audio, visual, audiovisual, and gaming content, so most of the information we provide is information you choose to make public. This includes not only the content you post and data provided with such content, like when it was posted, but also the accounts you follow, content you like or comment on, and other public interactions on the Services. Your public information is widely and instantly disseminated. For example, your profile information and public content are immediately delivered to a wide range of users and other services accessing Inka Video Player. When you share information or content through the Services, you should carefully consider what you are making public.

In addition to profile information, you may also tell us your exact location if you choose to allow your computer or mobile device to send us location information. We may use and store information about your location to manage copyright of content and applicable exploitation restrictions at your location and also to provide features of our Services, such as tagging a video with a location and enhancing and personalizing the Services, for example, with content that has been tagged near your location.

We may track how you interact with links across our Services, including our email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or otherwise. We do this to help improve our Services, for example, to provide relevant advertising and to share aggregated click statistics, such as how many times a particular link was clicked.

On many websites, we use `cookies` technology to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Services, but we do not require cookies for many parts of our Services, such as viewing public videos. A cookie is a small data file transferred to your computer's hard disk. Inka Video Player may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our Services, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on our Services, and to customize and improve our Services. Most internet browsers automatically accept cookies. If you do not want Inka Video Player cookies or other websites' cookies, you can indicate to your browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.

Servers automatically record information (`Log Data`) created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms, and cookie information. We receive Log Data when you interact with our Services, for example, when you visit our websites, log into our Services, view videos hosted by Inka Video Player, or interact with our email notifications. Inka Video Player uses Log Data to provide and measure our Services, to personalize and improve them. If not done before, we will either delete Log Data or remove any common account identifier, such as your username, full IP address, or email address, after 18 months or any other period we request.

We do not collect `Personal Information` that may identify you or another person. We may collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with our applications. Non-personal identification information may include the type of your phone, applications, and other technical information about Users' means of connection to our applications, such as phone model versions and other similar information.

Player uses a variety of third-party services to help provide our Services, including hosting our various blogs and wikis and helping us understand the use of our Services. These external service providers may use cookies and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites and services, including your IP address, device ID, pages visited, and links clicked.

To provide you with a personalized advertising experience, third parties, including Facebook, may collect or receive information from our app and other apps and use that information to improve services and targeted ads. On your Android, you can change your device settings to control whether you see interest-based ads from Facebook and other companies. On Android: Versions 2.2 and later. As for Google Play Services: Versions 4.0 and later. Based on your choice on the Admob ad personalization consent page, Admob and its partners will deliver personalized ads or non-personalized ads while using our Services. But, if you ever change your mind in the future, you can easily change your choice about interest-based ads at any time by: Tap the Help menu in our app Tap Ad Preferences and make your choice Visit our services again.

These Services are not directed to any person under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identification information from children under 13 years of age. In the event that we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
